How we actually structure your financial mentorship
Sofia came to us in 2024 drowning in spreadsheets that didn't match her bank statements. Three months later, she had a budget system she actually used every week.
We don't teach theory. We build working systems alongside you over six months, adjusting as your income changes and unexpected expenses appear.

What happens month by month
Months 1-2: Foundation
We map your actual spending. Not what you think you spend — what the last three months of transactions show.
You'll set up tracking that takes less than five minutes daily. We test different methods until one sticks for you.
By week six, you'll know exactly where money goes and have your first working budget categories.
Months 3-4: Building depth
Now we handle the hard parts. Variable income. Seasonal expenses. The insurance bill you forgot about.
You'll build buffer systems that work with your actual cash flow patterns, not textbook examples.
We adjust when something doesn't work. Most clients rebuild their category structure twice during this phase.
Months 5-6: Independence
You're managing daily decisions yourself now. We focus on quarterly planning and longer-term allocation strategies.
By month six, you'll handle a financial surprise without messaging me in panic. That's the actual goal.
Final sessions cover maintenance systems and knowing when to adjust your approach as life changes.
Aneta Vrublevska
I spent five years as a bank advisor watching people repeat the same budget mistakes. Started this practice to actually fix them instead of just recommending products.
How I work with clients
Weekly check-ins that matter
Every Monday, you send me three numbers and any problems that came up. I respond same day with specific adjustments. No waiting until next session when you're already off track.
Your documents, not mine
I don't hand you templates. We build your budget in whatever tool you'll actually open — spreadsheet, app, even paper if that's what works. I've seen too many perfect systems that nobody uses.
Real scenarios from your life
When your car needs repairs or your kid's school trip costs more than expected, we handle it in your budget right then. You learn decision frameworks through actual problems, not hypotheticals.
Workspace optimization as needed
Some clients need their desk reorganized to make daily tracking realistic. Others benefit from corporate ergonomics consulting to reduce financial stress at work. We address office layout planning if your workspace affects your financial habits. Employee wellbeing solutions sometimes include better systems at your physical workspace.
